Engage Link Manager

Admins can now manage Engage links from the new Link manager in Settings.
With Link manager, you can:
- Add new links
- Edit existing links
- Remove links you no longer need
- Reorder links with drag and drop
New link dialog
Use the new link dialog to quickly create and configure a link.

If you want to use placeholders in a link, click "Show placeholders" to see the supported options for the selected link type.
