We have now launched the Resource Current State widget and added improvements to the existing Engage Order widget.

We have now launched the Resource Current State widget and added improvements to the existing Engage Order widget.

You can now select multiple operations at once in the My Active list! This makes it easier and faster to manage several tasks in one go. Use the "Select all" option to quickly select the first 30 items in your list and take action on them together.

We are happy to introduce a new type of booking for our Move and Engage users: Material Booking! Now you can make a Move booking for material lines in Engage from the Materials and Consume Materials dialogs.
Material lines with available quantity are now selectable and can be booked by using the booking button in the top corner.

Output in Move
Material bookings are marked with an M throughout Move. The part information and quantity follows the material line and not the production order. A new table containing material bookings is added for related production orders in tracking.
Output in Driver.
Output in Tracking
Material lines with bookings in status complete, pending, or in progress get a booking status marker. Hovering over this will give more information about the booking.

Example shows material lines with active bookings in status Pending.
We’ve enhanced the material list in our UI to provide even greater clarity and traceability. Previously, material lines with consumption from multiple locations were grouped together, making it harder to see exactly where materials were used. With our latest update, these lines are now split by location, so each entry clearly shows how much was consumed and from where.

A list of locations with available stock can be viewed in the expandable detail panel. If there has been consumption, the consumed location is marked with a green indicator.

You can now find the planner responsible for the material line, with a link to Teams and Email, by clicking the user icon.

After many customer requests, we’re excited to introduce Order notes, a simple way to keep track of important information directly on your orders!

A long-awaited update: You can now find Completed orders in Engage for 6 months after completion!
After 6 months, any orders older than that will only be available in D365, where they are listed as Ended.
Orders with status "Completed" stay visible in Engage for 6 months.
All existing orders in Engage have been updated, so this rule applies to both previous and new orders, starting today.
The date we rely on is called Delivery date in D365.
If you have any questions or need help, reach out. We’re happy to help!
We’ve made it even easier to stay connected and get in touch from both Engage and Move!
You might have noticed the familiar Teams chat button in Engage before. Now we’ve made some handy improvements:

The speech bubble opens a Teams chat, and the envelope launches a new email.
We’ve added a new filter in Engage named Reference!
Now you can filter the schedule by Sales order. This is especially useful when batch-selecting and processing several jobs within the same sales order.
Just add a Reference filter for a specific sales order or multiple sales orders at once, and select all relevant operations in a few clicks. You can easily combine this with other filters, such as part number, to further refine your search.
As described in the original post, just press F to open the filter menu or use the Filters button:

Operation and order details now include a link to engineering change orders for the part being produced. To show the information, use the ECO action button if it is displayed:
The information shown includes the description, actions and other information about the change order:

If the part has more than one engineering change order, use the < and > buttons at the bottom to scroll through them.
We have now launched the widgets Engage Schedule and Engage Order for Ignos Workspace!
