New in Ignos - Open all navigation in a new tab

After several requests from both customers and our own team, the Ignos.io suite now lets you open any navigation link in a brand-new browser tab! 🥳

Here’s how to do it:

  • 🖱️ Press the middle mouse button (scroll wheel) on the navigation link
  • ⌨️ Hold Ctrl (Cmd on Mac) while left-clicking

Teams chat update and mail-links now available

We’ve made it even easier to stay connected and get in touch from both Engage and Move!

You might have noticed the familiar Teams chat button in Engage before. Now we’ve made some handy improvements:

  • New: A convenient mail button is now available next to the Teams chat button.
  • Update: The Teams chat button has been upgraded to automatically fill in a pre-written message, so you always have the right context when you start a chat.
  • New in Move: Both icons now appear in the booking details of the Driver interface.
