Boost your downtime tracking with new Pulse features

Take control of your downtime management with two updates to the Downtime Reasons feature in Pulse, designed to give you greater flexibility and control over managing downtime reasons.

1. Report Downtime Reasons in any Machine State. Previously, users could only report downtime reasons on the timeline when a machine was in specific statuses. Now, we've opened up this functionality to allow reporting downtime reasons across all machine statuses. This change makes it easier to capture critical downtime data, no matter the machine's current state, helping you maintain a complete and accurate record of operational events.

2. Edit and delete in Downtime Reason Report. The Downtime Reason Report page, where you can already view all reported downtime reasons, now includes the ability to edit and delete those reasons directly. This feature streamlines your workflow, letting you edit downtime reasons directly in Downtime Reason Report for accurate, up-to-date records.
