Reorder shortcuts with drag and drop

Admins can now choose the order of shortcuts in each shortcut group. Just drag them into place.
How it works
- Go to Settings → Shortcuts → Setup.
- Select a shortcut group.
- Grab a shortcut by its handle (⠿) and drag it to a new position.
The new order is saved right away and is used wherever the group is shown, such as the Shortcuts widget in Workspace.
Keyboard support
You can also reorder without a mouse. Tab to a handle and press Space to pick it up. Move it with the arrow keys, then press Space again to drop it.
